Chairman of the Board and CEO has more than 16 years of experience in project management, business development, marketing and sales strategy, consulting, team building, international business development and management, business acquisition. Mr. Kiselys holds CEO position in 3 daughter companies of Reneron in Latvia, 1 daughter company in Lithuania as well as independent renewable energy consultant status, he had been the Head of biogas business development and Project management department at one of the largest companies in Lithuania for development of renewable energy projects in local and foreign markets. Mr. Kiselys career started as project manager in engineering company. Mr. Kiselys holds BSc in Building Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University

Žilvinas Jusaitis.

Žilvinas has more than 7 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets and corporate finance, and he is also a CFA® charterholder from CFA Institute. Mr. Jusaitis has been an equity analyst in Norwegian investment bank Norne Securities. Alongside that, he has also worked as a financial consultant and played various roles in eastablishing two banks and getting a banking licenses in Lithuania. Mr. Jusaitis has also worked with various projects in Fintechs and participated in numerous capital raisings and M&A

Since 2017 Mr. Babrauskas had been the Head of biogas business development department at one of the largest companies in Lithuania for development of renewable energy projects

Chief Construction Officer Andrius has more than 16 years of experience in the fields of engineering and construction of difficult structures, construction management, biogas and solar plants construction management in 4 different markets: Lithuania, Belarus, Latvia, Poland. Mr. Marcinkevičius had been the Head of Project Implemention department at one of the largest companies in Lithuania for development of renewable energy projects

Raimundas Simkunas.

Head of Supply Chain has more than 23 years of experience in agriculture industry, renewable energy industry, supply chain management, maintenance, project management, mechanical engineering, purchases. Mr. Simkunas had been CEO of the feedstock managing and trading company which is a part of one of the largest companies in Lithuania for development of renewable energy projects in local and foreign markets, where he was responsible for company’s interests in the Environmental, State Food and Veterinary Services, feedstock supply for 10 biogas plants

Dainius Petkevicius.

Head of Operations has more than 9 years of experience in renewable energy production, maintenance and mechanical engineering. Mr. Petkevicius had been the Head of Maintenance department at one of the largest companies in Lithuania for development of renewable energy projects in local and foreign markets, where he was leading the team which was responsible for maintenance of 14 biogas power plants (total installed capacity 13.6 MWel.) and portfolio of solar energy plants (total installed capacity more than 12 MWel.) in Lithuania, Poland, Belarus and Latvia
